At the core of our work lies a steadfast commitment to ensuring the rights and dignity of all individuals, regardless of race, creed.

We are 14 Villages Strong.

• Advocating for policies that dismantle systemic racism and promote equal opportunities for all individuals.

• Empowering communities through education, awareness, and grassroots mobilization.

• Fighting against racial injustice in all its forms, including but not limited to police brutality, voter suppression, and economic disparities.

• Providing resources and support to those who have been marginally or oppressed, amplifying their voices and advocating for their rights.

• Collaborating with government agencies, community organizations, and allies to enact meaningful change and create a more just and equitable society.

• A criminal justice system that is unbiased, rehabilitative, and focused on promoting public safety and community well-being.

As we embark on this journey toward a more just and equitable future, I call upon every resident in Proviso West to join us in this critical work. Together, we can build a state and a nation where justice, equality, and opportunity are not just ideals but fundamental realities for all.

Our Mission

Our mission is to achieve equity, political rights, and social inclusion by advancing policies and practices that expand human and civil rights, eliminate discrimination, and accelerate the well-being, education, and economic security of Black people and all persons of color. We advocate for policies that dismantle systemic racism and promote equal opportunities, empower communities through education and grassroots mobilization, and fight against racial injustice in all its forms, including police brutality, voter suppression, and economic disparities.

Our Vision

We envision an inclusive community rooted in liberation, where all people can exercise their civil and human rights without discrimination. We strive for a society where systemic barriers to equality have been dismantled, justice is accessible to all, and communities are inclusive, diverse, and respectful of the rights and perspectives of every individual. Educational institutions should provide equitable opportunities for all students, regardless of their socioeconomic status. We are committed to a world without racism where Black people enjoy equitable opportunities in thriving communities.
